 What is the best condition for growing seeds?

1. A sunny spot with a little bit of shade and cool.

2. A spot where the rain can get to it.

3. A spot where there's moisture in the soil.

4. In the compost.

Outside direct sun We put 100ml water in our beaker and some paper towel and 3 seeds.	Nothing.	Nothing	The seed has only lost its color, but the water has evaporated, the paper towel has gone mushy.	Not much change I think the beans are getting too hot, my reason is because the paper towel is burned. We just added a tiny bit more water.
